this is how it started

In 2018, Chris Baldasano was working as an exercise physiolgists in Philadelphia, PA. He began to study the aging process, after working with geratric patients who were suffering from orthopedic injuries. Chris realized that the issues his clients were facing could have been avoided by utilizing prevenative techniques. As Chris continued his education, studying biomedical science, he focused his studies on regenerative medicine and biomedical aspects of aging. The combination of his early education in Kinesiology, Exercise science, and biomedical science, Chris has developed a two sided approach to treating the aging process. First, Redox Healthspan focused on tackling the everyday behaviors that increase the rate of aging. Redox Longevity focused on implementing developing protocols that will push back the onset of early disease or disability.

Chris Baldasano, MS

Chris started his college career at Temple University studying Kinesiology, the study of human movement. Following undergraduate year, he worked as a personal trainer and an exercise physiologist. In 2018, Chris joined the national guard as an officer candidate and currently serves as a Medical Officer with New Jersey’s Army Medical Command. In 2020, Chris finished his master’s degree from Rutgers University studying, biomedical sciences with a focus in regenerative medicine and biomedical aspects of aging.

Performance Dietitian
Emily Rice, MS, RD, CSSD, CSCS

Emily received her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from West Chester University, where she also played ice hockey. She enlisted in the Army Reserves in 2012 as a Psychological Operations Specialist. In 2016, Emily Commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army and received her Master’s degree in 2017 from Baylor University. She completed her dietetic internship at Madigan Army Medical Center and became a Registered Dietitian (RD) in 2018. In 2021 Emily became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and passed her Board Certification as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). 

Exercise Specialist
Amelia Feleccia, B.S., NASM CPT

Amelia received her bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitative & Human Services from East Stroudsburg University in 2017. After graduating, she spent three years working as a social worker for children in the foster care before pursue a career in health and fitness. She received her personal training certification in May 2019, through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She will soon complete her Master’s degree in Elementary education, and is a mother to a two year old boy. Her journey of becoming a mother has inspired her to help other women find their own physical and mental strength through fitness. In May 2021, she became specialized in women’s fitness through the NASM Women's Fitness Specialist Certification.
